A two-day personnel coaching program at IDEA Kvety Zvolen, focused on the strategic preparation for the Christmas season and on-site mentoring of the new leadership team.
The coaching was designed to support a smooth transition of management, creative direction planning, and retail strategy for the upcoming season. It combined concept development, visual storytelling, and operational structuring with emphasis on strengthening the shop's unique identity.
This session marks the first phase of a broader coaching program, which will continue during the Christmas period. IDEA Kvety Zvolen is a well-established floral shop with strong potential and vision for growth. The coaching aims to align creative energy, team leadership, and commercial strategy to reinforce its position in the Slovak floral market.
Personnel Coaching, Oct 2025, Mallorca
A three-day intensive personnel coaching focused on Christmas-themed retail concept development, team strategy, and creative execution. The program was carried out at Flordor, a floral retail shop based in Mallorca, ES.
This private coaching was designed to launch and implement the very first Christmas concept of the store, combining advanced floral design techniques with strong brand identity and emotional storytelling. The program integrated strategic retail planning, visual merchandising, product flow, and customer experience enhancement.
Evenings were dedicated to personal coaching, strategic discussions, and strengthening of team dynamics. The coaching aimed to build a clear creative vision, improve in-store presentation standards, and create a memorable Christmas atmosphere for clients.
Flordor represents a new generation of boutique floral retail, where design excellence meets authentic experience. This coaching supported their growth strategy and seasonal positioning in the competitive Mediterranean floral market.
Personnel Coaching, Sep 2025, El Salvador & Guatemala
An intensive personal coaching program designed for Invernadero SFG and its leadership team, led by Robert Bartolen.
The coaching focused on strategic team development, creative direction, and long-term growth planning within the Latin American floral market. Sessions took place directly on site, ensuring close collaboration with the founders and their team.
The program emphasized brand positioning, design strategy, operational structure, and future expansion. Personal coaching sessions strengthened leadership alignment and creative vision, setting the foundation for upcoming projects.
Invernadero SFG is a dynamic floral company with strong entrepreneurial drive and cultural authenticity. This coaching supported their next strategic step in regional and international development.

A five-week international tour across Latin America featuring floral shows, workshops, and personnel coaching programs led by Róbert Bartolen.
The tour presented contemporary floral trends, artistic installations, and educational formats tailored for the Latin American floral market. Each event included stage shows, masterclasses, and close team mentoring with local partners.
The program emphasized sustainability, seasonal storytelling, and professional development, bringing together florists, suppliers, and creatives from across the continent.

Personnel Coaching, 2021–2024, Kvetinárstvo Silencia (now Květinárstvo Michell), Martin, Slovakia
Between 2021 and 2024, long-term personnel and strategic mentoring took place at Květinárstvo Silencia in Martin, led by Róbert Bartolen. This collaboration significantly shaped the visual and conceptual identity of the flower shop and extended beyond floral coaching to include business consultancy.
In addition to developing product collections, window displays, and seasonal installations, the cooperation involved forming the store's commercial philosophy and operational know-how – including pricing strategies, sales techniques, assortment management, and professional customer communication.
This phase also gave rise to content creation with cross-media potential – notably the video series Voňavé rozhovory ("Fragrant Conversations"), whose conceptual foundation was developed as part of this mentoring.
The cooperation concluded at the end of 2024. The subsequent rebranding of the shop to Kvetinárstvo Michell, which took place in early 2024, was no longer part of our involvement.
