A two-day intensive professional wedding workshop, BODA MEDITERRANEA — a Mediterranean-style wedding program focused on comprehensive floral design in one of the most beautiful destinations in the region: Cala d'Or, Mallorca.

Basic Program


Theory — covered on both days

• Aesthetics and color palette of a Mediterranean wedding
• Principles for selecting materials and structures for outdoor settings
• Logistics, stability, and working in warm or windy conditions
• Planning, budgeting, and managing wedding décor production

Day 1 — Fruits Design Wedding
The focus of the day is using fruit as a distinctive floral element,
including sculptural and design-oriented fruit applications in wedding décor.

Projects created:

• Candy bar — design and floral concept
• Big table — wedding table design
• Central arrangement for the reception

Day 2 — Herbal Wedding
Bringing the principles of aromatherapy into wedding floristry,
using Mediterranean materials, aromatic herbs, and succulents.

Projects created:

• Bridal bouquet
• Big table — herbal wedding table design
• Ceremony arch — floral architecture for the wedding ceremony space

Prices are listed without VAT.

Version A – Floristry Trip (4 days / 3 nights)

Dates: March 9–12, 2026
Price: €1300 excluding VAT (final base price for Version A)

What Version A Includes:

• Accommodation for 3 nights (March 9–12, 2026)
• Full board (from dinner on March 9 through breakfast on March 12)
• Group airport transfers (PMI)
• Shared transportation during organized activities around the island
• Participation in the two-day BODA MEDITERRANEA workshop
• All floral and study materials
• Two social evenings
• Professional photos of your work
• Certificate

Details and Final Price of Version A:
Version A is an "all-in-one" package — accommodation, meals, transfers, and the workshop in one bundle.
The price of €1300 excluding VAT is the final base price for the complete Version A program (excluding flights).
If paying in two installments, an administrative fee of €30 is added according to the Terms and Conditions.

Version B – Two-Day Workshop (without accommodation or transfers)
Dates: March 10–11, 2026
Price: €950 excluding VAT (final base price for Version B)

What Version B Includes:

• Participation in the two-day wedding workshop
• Refreshments and a light lunch on both days
• Two group dinners and social evenings
• All floral materials
• Study materials
• Professional photos of your work
• Certificate of completion

Details and Final Price of Version B:
Version B is intended for participants who prefer to arrange their own accommodation and transportation and want to focus primarily on the professional program.
The price of €950 excluding VAT is the final base price for Version B (excluding accommodation, flights, and individual transportation around the island).
This version also allows payment in two installments; in that case, an administrative fee of €30 is added according to the Terms and Conditions.

Capacity

The workshop is limited to 20 participants.
Registration closes once capacity is reached.

Pre-registration — How It Works


Pre-registration allows you to:

• Reserve your spot in advance without paying the full price upfront
• Choose Version A or B and select your payment method
• Secure a guaranteed price and a place in the limited group

When pre-registering:

• You pay a registration fee of €150 per person
• This fee is fully deducted from the price of the selected version (A or B)
• The fee serves to reserve your spot and cover workshop preparation
• The €150 registration fee is non-refundable if you cancel your participation

If the workshop must be canceled by the organizer, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of all payments made, including the registration fee, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.


Payment Options


You can pay for the selected version (A or B) using the following methods:

One-time payment
• Pay the full price of Version A (€1300 excluding VAT) or Version B (€950 excluding VAT) in a single payment.

Pre-registration €150 + one-time remaining payment
• Pay the €150 registration fee now
• Pay the remaining balance in one payment before the workshop
• The total base price remains €1300 (A) or €950 (B) excluding VAT.

Pre-registration €150 + remaining balance in two installments
• Divide the remaining balance into two installments
• An administrative fee of €30 is added to the total price
• Exact installment amounts and due dates will be provided in the confirmation email

For all payment options, the full amount (including any installment fee) must be paid no later than 30 days before the workshop date.


How Registration Works


• Complete the pre-registration form (choose Version A or B and your payment method).
• Pay the €150 registration fee.
• You will receive a confirmation email and, depending on your selected payment option:
– Instructions for a one-time remaining payment, or
– An installment schedule.

After the full amount is paid, you will receive:
• Final confirmation of participation
• An invoice

Shortly before the workshop, you will receive an email with practical information and a QR code for check-in upon arrival.

Registration is binding. Cancellation or changes are subject to fees according to the current Terms and Conditions.


About the Instructor — Róbert Bartolen


Róbert Bartolen is a Slovak floral designer with more than 21 years of professional experience.
He is originally from Slovakia, but he teaches and creates around the world.

He has worked as an instructor and designer in countries such as:

• Chile
• Costa Rica
• Guatemala
• El Salvador
• Spain
• And many others

He is shaping a new chapter in global floristry — Sticky Floristry — which combines modern technologies, sustainability, and a futuristic visual language. His work focuses on using local natural resources in combination with technical structures and experimental design.

Selected recent projects include:

• A unique spring installation for Flóra Olomouc 2024
• The artistic–floral project VYRAJA (2024)

Róbert leads professional courses, exhibitions, workshops, and world-class creative projects, helping florists connect aesthetics, sustainability, and long-term business practice.
