MASTER CLASS MIKÁDO – Christmas, Advent, Autumn and Funeral Floristry, Olomouc, Czechia

Language of instruction: Slovak.
Type: intensive professional Master Class — the second stage of the year-long MIKÁDO programme.
Focus: funeral, autumn, Advent and Christmas floristry, the MIKÁDO construction technique, Sticky Floristry micromechanics, sustainable design without floral foam, natural and reusable structures, and cost efficiency in seasonal floral design.
Main outcomes: a funeral wreath, an All Souls' Day arrangement, an Advent wreath and a Christmas tree for a window display. Professional demonstrations of a coffin decoration, a funeral wreath and bouquet, an autumn table arrangement, an autumn door wreath, an Advent wreath and candle arrangement, a Christmas tree and a Christmas door wreath.
Included in the workshop: professional instruction and hands-on assistance, all floral materials, a fully equipped workspace, a take-home floral tool kit, participants' own floral creations, lunch on both days, refreshments throughout the day, workshop merchandise and a certificate of completion. Participants who completed both the spring and autumn stages received a special MASTER CLASS certificate for completing the entire programme.

However, there is one review we must feature on our main page: a review from a participant who has already attended her seventh workshop with us.

I went to my first workshop feeling shy, not knowing what to expect. Me, from a small town in eastern Slovakia. That was 6 years ago. And I can tell you this – it was love at first sight. Robo's work fascinated me from the very beginning. His perception of floristry and nature, his imagination, and his eye for detail still stir emotions in me to this day. I run a small flower shop in Michalovce, and my work has evolved largely thanks to him. I have already completed 7 workshops and I will continue learning, because it means a great deal to me and keeps moving me forward. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn from you. You are an excellent teacher and, above all, a person with your heart in the right place.
