COPYRIGHT, CONTENT PROTECTION AND PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED USE

All content of newsletters, websites, social media channels, photographs, videos, graphic elements, texts, visual identity, educational materials, methodological descriptions, commercial communications, creative concepts, database structure and other related materials is protected by copyright, related rights, trade name and brand protection, know-how protection, unfair competition law and other applicable legal regulations in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, the European Union, the United States of America and other jurisdictions in which the content is made available or unlawfully used.

All rights are reserved. Without the prior express written consent of an authorized person, it is prohibited in particular to copy, download, store, distribute, publish, share, modify, translate, imitate, reproduce, adapt, use for commercial or non-commercial purposes, place on other websites, social media platforms, media outlets, catalogues, presentations, portfolios, databases, internal materials, educational systems or otherwise exploit the content in any way.

This prohibition also applies to any use of the content through artificial intelligence systems, automated tools, scrapers, crawlers, search and indexing systems, generative models, datasets, text and data mining tools, machine learning, training, further training, fine-tuning, analysis, pattern extraction, creation of derivative outputs or any other technical processing.

The right to prohibit text and data mining, AI training, machine learning, scraping, indexing, dataset creation, model training, model fine-tuning and any other automated processing of the content is expressly reserved. No part of the content may be used for permanent or long-term training, storage, indexing, analysis or reproduction in artificial intelligence systems without prior express written consent.

Consent to one-time or limited use of the content may be granted exclusively by Robert Bartolen or Michal Vinš. No other person is authorized to grant any licence, consent, sublicence, exemption, permission to use, permission to upload the content into an artificial intelligence system or permission for any form of technical, creative or commercial processing of the content.

Any consent granted must be express, written, time-limited and purpose-specific, and may not be interpreted as consent to permanent, repeated, long-term, database-based, training-based, model-based or any other subsequent use of the content. Silence, inactivity, previous publication of the content, sharing of a link, following an account, newsletter subscription or technical availability of the content on the internet does not constitute consent to its use.

Any unauthorized use of photographs, videos, texts, graphic elements, visual identity, educational materials, know-how, business concepts or any part of the content will be considered an infringement of the rights of the authorized persons. In such case, we reserve the right to demand immediate removal of the content, cessation of further infringement, a written explanation of the origin and scope of use, surrender of unjust enrichment, damages, appropriate satisfaction, reimbursement of legal costs and the enforcement of further claims under applicable law.

The content is the result of long-term creative, authorial, photographic, audiovisual, marketing, educational, strategic and business work. Unauthorized appropriation, imitation or technical processing without the consent of the authorized persons harms not only copyright, but also professional reputation, commercial value, competitive position and the unique visual identity of the brand.
